REMINDER: Buying Club orders MUST be picked up by close of business on Saturday or delivery can be arranged for a $5 delivery fee.

UNFI Buying Club Deadline: Tuesdays by 5PM. MUST be picked up Saturday by close of business or delivery prearranged. Delivery is available on Saturdays for a $5.00 fee.

We deliver as far as Eastport to our north and Milbridge to our south. Not sure whether we can deliver to you? Just ask!

Welcome to the Whole Life Buying Club! We provide a service that helps you save time and money, two things that everyone can use.

You may VIEW the catalog online by accessing the following website.

Please do not place items in the cart at UNFI’s website. You must submit your contact information, product codes, item descriptions and quantities to Whole Life Natural Market directly through the Buying Club form at our website or during store hours.

The username is Chesterfield1 and the password is Buyingclub1.

Once you have Product Code, prices, and Product Descriptions ready, fill out the Whole Life Natural Market Buying Club form at: Buying Club Order Form , send an email to Wholelifebuyingclub@gmail.com with subject line “Buying Club”, or submit your order by phone. We will confirm your order via email or phone.

You will receive an invoice once items have been confirmed in-stock. An order is placed weekly by Tuesday at 5PM and MUST be picked up the following Saturday or choose deivery. There is no annual charge for being a member. For UNFI orders, a 5% Buying Club fee is added to each order.

Filling out the form is the easy part, deciding what you want is the hard part! You may order biweekly, monthly, or randomly. However, when you order an item sold as a “single piece” (One bottle/jar/can/box/etc.) You are required to order three (3).

We need the following information on the order form: Product number, Quantity, Item Description, and Price.

  • The product code is VERY important. Please triple check the number to make sure that this is the item you want. We are not responsible for wrong items or quantity ordered.
  • The quantity refers to “how many” you want. If the product number refers to a case (i.e. 12/24oz.), indicate how many cases you would like to purchase. Bulk 25# and 50# bags of grains, beans, etc. also qualify as a case. If the product number refers to a single item (i.e. a single bottle/jar/can/box 1.12 oz. of juice, sauce, canned food, etc )indicate how many single items you want (must be no less than 3). If you order a case, you must purchase the entire case. We do not split orders for you. PLEASE NOTE THE WAREHOUSE CODE for United Natural Foods Buying Club INCLUDES THE LETTER “C”. OUR PRODUCTS SHIP FROM THE CHESTERFIELD, NH WAREHOUSE.
  • For the item description, we need the Brand and Product name.
  • The Price needs to be from the Current Price List for the catalogue, and prices may change. Sale price items are in an effect according to the current month catalogue.
  • You are responsible for your order. If you make a mistake, you must pay a 15% restocking fee. If you need assistance in filling out the order form, please contact us.
  • If you find a mistake when you pick up your order and return home, please notify us the same day. Items to be returned must be in the store within TWO days of delivery. We will not pick up.
  • Due to holidays, the delivery days are subject to change.
  • Prices are subject to change. Product prices may change in the middle of the month after the catalogues have been printed. We will not honor the catalogue price if this happens.
  • We will not backorder items for you. You must reorder your next order.

Down to the Nitty Gritty

All Buying Club orders must be received by 5PM on Tuesdays, and must be picked up between 10AM and 3PM on Saturday or choose delivery. Delivery Fee is $5.00. We will deliver as far as Milbridge to our south or Eastport to our north.

We accept cash, checks, or credit card payment, due at the time your items are confirmed in stock.

5% Buying Club Fee on all Buying Club purchases, which is added to your order at time of pick-up. $5.00 fee is added for delivery.

There is also an Associated Buyers monthly Buying Club. We order every fourth Tuesday. Our next Associated orders are due by Monday, December 14th at noon. Please add 10% fee to Associated Buyers orders. Otherwise, the same rules apply. You must contact Associated Buyers at 603-664-5656 to order a subscription to their catalog. We also have a catalog for viewing within the market.
